Customized Paper Size in Printer Dialog

To print correctly, we emphasized the importance of selecting a matching size for your template. Nevertheless, your printer dialog might not offer suitable options. In such cases, there are two actions you can take:

If you're using printers like Zebra or DYMO and the drivers are properly installed, you should be able to find corresponding options in your printer dialog. If they still don't appear, please reach out to the printer's support center for additional assistance.

In most cases, issues can be resolved by reinstalling the printer drivers, and then restarting your system. If the issue still exist, please contact us.

For Windows, since each OS has its own configuration method, we can’t include all the solutions. Here, we provide the method for adding custom sizes for Zebra printers, which is similar for other printers, please refer to this guide for more details.
